The National Council on Independent Living has published a Policy Recommendations Letter addressed to relevant Subcommittees of the House of Representatives. This letter contains NCIL's recommendations for changes to the work incentives found within the public disability programs that are intended to assist the disabiled transition into the workplace. Item 6 is California's contribution. Read it carefully and let NCIL know what you think. www.ncil.org
