GOVERNOR SIGNS REVISED BUDGET PLAN – MAKES ADDITIONAL CUTS USING LINE ITEM VETO POWER
SACRAMENTO, CALIF (CDCAN) [Updated 07/28/09 11:11 AM (Pacific Time) - Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed this morning (July 28) the revised budget bill approved by the Legislature last week that includes over $15 billion in new spending cuts on top of what was in the 2009-2010 State Budget passed in February.
