Federal Poverty Level Guidles for Medi-Cal Working Disabled Program

This was sent to me by my dear colleague and friend, Rachel Stewart.
These guidlines went into effect in April of 2009 and will likely change in April of 2010. Until then, they are valid:

An individual can earn a total countable income of: $2257 per month and still qualify for full-scope, no-share-of-cost Medi-Cal. This results in an annual income of $55,155 per year.

Couples can earn a total countable income of: $3036 per month. This results in a gross earned income limit of $73,844.

Not bad if you've got a high share of cost you want to get rid of.
